300 Harrow Road is a mixed-use development of 112 new homes at 300 Harrow Road that Willmott Dixon is delivering for Westminster City Council.
The development will consist of one, two and three bedroom homes to suit a variety of households with 50% affordable, either social or intermediate rent, allowing a wide range of people the chance to live in the heart of London.
Willmott Dixon London and East is using Activeplan to deliver BIM Level 2 on all their projects and is using it to define what the Council needs in terms of asset information, procure that from their supply chain and validate what each of them provides.
This reduces the manual work required of the Information Management team and helps them focus on ensuring everything the client has asked for is delivered.
Manchester Royal Infirmary is part of a large PFI managed by Sodexo. It includes 215,000 metres of facilities and the Accident & Emergency Department sees around 145,000 patients each year and the main site has 215,000.
The CMMS application is Maximo using SFG20 and Activeplan has developed the workflow to populate Maximo with the Sodexo master asset types and related procedures, while managing the updates from SFG20 to accommodate any tailoring Sodexo has undertaken.
